Aqua Pharmacy is an award winning pharmacy looking for a full time pharmacy manager to lead our small dynamic team. You will manage and lead the workload & flow, public health campaigns, stock control and all other day to day activities within budget guidelines. You will be confident in your customer facing abilities, help to maintain and improve the standards, service and customer experience. You will ensure everything we do and the environment the team work in meets GPhC and all regulatory standards.
You will be a qualified pharmacist, but previous management experience may not be required if you are quick to learn and can demonstrate initiative & aptitude. Training will be given regarding travel clinic and other private healthcare services that we excel in providing. Honesty, hard working, self driven and decisive are just a selection of the valued skills necessary to assure that you have the potential to take initiative in leading the team forwards.
